Refund policy
We want you to love your TheraHair experience. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@therahair.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damages & Issues
We inspect every order before shipment, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us immediately at support@therahair.com.

Include a brief explanation and a video demonstrating the issue.

Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use of third-party hair oils or solutions not sold by us. Our hair tonic is water-based and specifically formulated to be compatible with the TheraBrush device. Use of any other oil-based or incompatible products may cause damage and will void eligibility for refunds or replacements.
We do not offer a product warranty beyond the 90-day return period.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in the following situations:

You return the product within 90 days of receipt due to dissatisfaction

You return a product that has a verified manufacturer defect within 90 days
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@therahair.com.
