TheraBrush 1-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage. TheraBrush is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, including electrical or mechanical malfunctions and unintended leaks (e.g., reservoir/seal failures).

Not covered. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration); damage from misuse, abuse, drops, or improper storage/cleaning; use inconsistent with the instructions; water/liquid damage beyond the intended use; unauthorized repairs or modifications; loss or theft.

Who’s covered. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and to products bought from TheraBrush or authorized sellers. Proof of purchase is required.

How to make a claim. Contact our support team at support@therahair.com or via the Help/Support page on our website within the warranty period. Please include your order number, description of the issue, and photos/video if available. We may provide basic troubleshooting and, if needed, return or exchange instructions.

Remedy. At our option, we will repair, replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value. Any replacement is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Limits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheraBrush is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state or country.
