How fast is shipping?
Ships in 2–5 days via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other trusted partners. We ship all orders within 24 hours of ordering, and tracking is provided. Check your tracking results for your shipment’s latest delivery estimate.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from the USA. Our warehouse is located in Madison, Alabama. Our hardworking team ships all orders within 24 hours.
Why does my tracking say “info received” or “label created”?
Your shipment has been registered, but the carrier may not have scanned the package yet. This status does not necessarily mean your package is moving. Check back for the next carrier update.
Where can I find my order or tracking number?
Your order number is in your order confirmation email. Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find either message.
What if tracking has stopped updating?
Carrier scans can sometimes be delayed between locations. Check the latest delivery estimate and carrier details in your tracking results. If your delivery is overdue or you are concerned, contact our team below with your order number.
My order says delivered, but I cannot find it.
Check your mailbox, delivery area and any safe places around your address. Ask household members or your building’s reception whether they accepted it. If you still cannot locate your package, contact our team below so we can help.
